HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO YOU AND YOURS. We do not have any release this month but are in fact gearing up for 2022.

That said we do have some sad news to share. John Heard of Heard Ranier Ferguson has passed away. This album was the third album released by ITI Records back in 1983. And as such was coveted by then famous journalist Leonard Feather giving the album 4 stars. In fact Leonard liked ITI and reviewed many of its initial releases favorably.

The thought to have a follow up album by these three giants of jazz, never came fruition as both the label and artists went in different directions. Nonetheless, John has left a legacy of brilliant tracks, as he went on to record with others with almost 200 albums. RIP John. You will be missed.
